I believe that therapy should be warm, compassionate, and uncomplicated. Together we will explore your concerns, drawing from a variety of modalities, so that you feel better. I provide a safe environment so that you may develop insight and awareness, and make the changes that are meaningful to you.

It takes courage to reach out for help. Through our work together, my hope is that you will experience symptom relief, insight, improved mood and relationships, reduced stress and emotional distress.
