Many times people begin therapy to work on unresolved issues from their childhood or adolescence.  Sometimes certain present day events or relationships trigger uncomfortable emotions and people would like to have the opportunity to better understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.  


The wonder of therapy is that it can provide the opportunity to heal and to grow. I will use a variety of evidence based modalities to help you to develop the skills and insight needed to make positive and lasting changes that are consistent with your values and the life you would like to live.
