Mindfulness Based Chronic Pain Management TM Group

The Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management Program (MBCPMTM) has been developed to allow pain patients to gradually alter their relationship with their pain. Many patients notice reduced symptoms of stress and burnout, improved life balance and relationships, emotional relief, ease of chronic pain, and an improved ability to cope with daily stressors.  

 

           The next offering of this group will be in the Fall of 2021.
