Trauma-Informed mindfulness practices, somatic practices, acceptance, and compassionate based inquiry can provide a foundation for intentional healing, nervous system relief, and improved well-being.  The nature of suffering resulting from adverse life events, chronic pain and illness, can be improved by involving mindfulness based practices in therapy and your healing journey.  

My own mindfulness journey, as both a student and a teacher of the practice, has enhanced my belief in the personal power we all hold to heal and transform our lives.
