My Approach

I believe that therapy should be gentle, compassionate and uncomplicated.  During our work together, we will explore your personal experiences so that you may gain the insight and wisdom to make the changes that are meaningful to you.

I believe that the therapeutic process is meant to help you to become reflective and improve your thoughts, behaviours and emotional balance.  It is important to me that we work collaboratively, and that you are able to set the pace of therapy so that you feel comfortable and supported.
