About Carla Fox
I believe...
That psychotherapy and counselling should be gentle, compassionate, and uncomplicated.
I believe that deep healing can come from an intentional and purposeful experience of learning to shape and integrate the body (through developing symptom relief and a felt sense of safety), the mind (letting go of old thought patterns and stories & inviting new ones), and emotional balance.
It has been my experience that this journey allows us to shift to a path of wellness, a path of insight and lasting change.
For more than 25 years I have focussed my attention towards learning the art of psychotherapy and the science that drives both the issues and the solutions. I have spent the entirety of my career dedicated to supporting mental health for individuals and families, within communities, agencies, and hospitals.
