Counselling for Depression
Sometimes it’s hard to put into words how we feel.
We simply notice that we don’t feel well or like ourselves. Other people may tell us that we seem disconnected or withdrawn. Depression can feel different for each person but it often accompanies a loss of happiness, purpose, and belief that the future holds promise.
Depression can feel different for everybody.
Some examples of what it may feel like are:

dazed and out of body

loss of interest in activities
